Amanda is an Assistant Project Manager for the Project and Development Services group (PDS) in the Austin office of Cushman & Wakefield. In this role, Amanda provides diverse project management support functions for design, construction and modernization projects. She assists with managing all phases of a project including planning, design, construction, FF&E, technology, move management, and occupancy. She also compiles project scopes, budgets and schedules and procures and manages local architects, engineers, general contractors and subcontractors and specialty vendors. 

Prior to her role with PDS, Amanda worked as a Property Manager for Cushman & Wakefield where she was responsible for Met Center 10 & 15 and 800 Brazos, a mixed-use downtown condo project. She has had experience managing multiple product types including commercial office, industrial and mixed-use retail.  Throughout her property management role, she oversaw many large capital projects including re-roofs, tenant finish outs and building infrastructure upgrades.
