Ann’s portfolio consists of a combination of office buildings, retail centers, and commercial property associations located in downtown Fredericksburg and surrounding areas.

A native Californian, she has 17 years of experience in leasing and property management. Prior to moving to Virginia, she was the property manager of the Monterey Peninsula Airport District. She was responsible for leasing the airport owned property and managing approximately 200 tenants. Her portfolio consisted of airline, rental car and taxi terminal space; gift shop and restaurant space; general aviation hangar and tie downs; auto body and repair shops; rental car and rv parking lots; and outdoor storage spaces. Throughout her career she has attended numerous management courses held by the American Associations of Airport Executives.

Ann’s experience also includes leasing and managing family owned apartments located on the Monterey Peninsula.

More recently, Ann was employed as a lease administrator with Northrop Grumman Mission Systems in Reston, Virginia, where she administered approximately 120 leases for office, storage and warehouse space.
