Brett joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2012 and currently serves as the Managing Principal for Charlotte, Charleston, Columbia, Greenville (SC), Greensboro and Winston-Salem markets. In this role, he provides strategic leadership driving overall performance, growth, operational excellence, client care and engagement, culture and leading the recruitment and development of top talent. He currently serves on Cushman & Wakefield’s Central Region Executive Committee (2020 – current).
Prior to his role as Managing Principal, Brett has served in various leadership roles within the industry including Global Account Management for a Fortune 500 company, leading Project Management as well as the Asset Services businesses. He has been in a leadership role within the industry since 2007.
