Brian Alcorn is a Project Management Director with Cushman & Wakefield’s Atlanta-based project management practice. With 22 years of industry experience, Mr. Alcorn has helped deliver successful projects for blue-chip list corporations, manufacturers, educational institutions, governmental agencies, law firms, religious organizations, and more.
A recognized expert in the field of project management, Mr. Alcorn offers a strong track record proactively managing the many details and critical components inherent in any industrial or commercial project and completing his clients’ projects on time and on budget. Mr. Alcorn’s experience includes strategic planning and budgeting; oversight and management of third-party vendors such as architects, contractors, and relocation consultants; diligent monitoring and managing of processes and timelines; and obtaining approvals and ensuring compliance with thorough reporting and documentation.
Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Alcorn was with Turner Construction Company where he was responsible for managing ground-up and complex interior construction projects. His successful project management career also includes senior positions with The Staubach Company and Holder Construction.
