As an Account Director within the Corporate Occupier and Investor Services group, Christy McGinnis is responsible for transaction management and execution for AT&T’s owned and leased properties in the Central region of the United States. She has transacted more than 4 million square feet (200+ transactions) of office and industrial assignments, including lease acquisitions, property sales, sale-leasebacks, and subleases. Past clients include Nokia Siemens Networks and Epic Health Services.

Christy has a diversified background in corporate real estate. She began her career as an auditor with Ernst & Young, primarily focusing on real estate clients. She spent the next several years with the American General Companies (subsidiaries of AIG) in various real estate related roles, including Controller of American General Land Development Co., Controller of American General Realty Advisors, and Director of Asset Management for the AIG Center in Houston, a 2 million square foot office complex.
