Geoff Dye, a native Washingtonian, is a Director with Cushman & Wakefield’s Washington, DC Tenant Advisory Group, and member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Legal Advisory Group. Geoff specializes in tenant representation and office disposition assignments for law firms, corporate users, and non-profit organizations throughout the entire Washington, DC region. He is responsible for strategic planning, new business development, and lease negotiation.

Geoff advises executives and management committees on the future of their workplaces. His role as a client partner is to take a deep dive into understanding you and your organization. Using a people-centered approach, Geoff works with leaders to make more effective decisions for their work force and workspace. He and his team create a customized plan that fosters a healthy workspace built on a positive foundation for efficiency, productivity, and flexibility.
