Hannah Ott, is a Executive Vice Chair in the Indianapolis office of Cushman & Wakefield. Previously she was principal and Senior Managing Director of Tikijian Associates – Multihousing Investment Advisors, an Indianapolis based broker and advisor to apartment owners, investors and managers. Cushman & Wakefield purchased Tikijian Associates in November 2018.

Hannah Ott co-leads Cushman & Wakefield’s Midwest Multifamily Advisory Group and is one of the leading multifamily investment sales brokers in the region.

Across her career, Ott has always been a leader and top producer. Her brokerage career began in South Florida, where she was top producer at Capital Commercial. A move to Memphis in 2003 took Ott to Crye-Leike Commercial, where she was consistently in the top 10% of brokers across the U.S. In 2008, she joined Tikijian Associates, Indiana’s leading multifamily investment sales advisory, and became partner in 2014.

Hannah Ott is intensely involved in philanthropy and community, in Indianapolis and globally. She is on the board of Providence Cristo Rey High School in Indianapolis and has worked to deepen the school’s relationships and build partnerships with Cushman & Wakefield, which hosts Providence Cristo Rey interns annually, and other Indianapolis businesses. Ott is also on the Regional Action Board of Apartment Life, an organization that helps build a sense of community within multifamily developments. Additionally, she is on the board and assists with fundraising for Friends of Children’s Village (FCV), a non-profit orphanage and school in India that serves 260 children annually.
