Mr. Crenshaw joined Cushman & Wakefield in the summer of 2019 after graduating from Washington and Lee University, where he majored in Business & Administration. As a part of the Diligence Advisory Group, Mr. Crenshaw assists in debt and equity underwriting for commercial real estate lenders and investors. Within the Targeted Affordable Housing team, Mr. Crenshaw performs financial modeling, data benchmarking, specific market research, borrower diligence, and credit risk management analysis to underwrite and properly advise commercial real estate lenders and investors on debt and equity investment in multifamily affordable housing properties. As a part of the Strategic Consulting team, Mr. Crenshaw has executed replacement cost analysis for various industrial properties and performed site inspections of multifamily properties across the United States.
