Jacob Dinetz is an analyst for Colicchio Consulting, Cushman & Wakefield’s Specialty Food & Beverage, Entertainment & Hospitality Consulting team. The team focuses on advising developers, property owners and asset managers nationwide on the critical need to strategically program communal spaces to include authentic food and beverage offerings, markets, beer gardens, rooftop experiences, and expertly curated food hall projects. Jacob joined the team in April of 2019 and is primarily responsible for project pro forma underwriting, due diligence, data collection and interpretation.
Prior to joining the Colicchio Consulting team, Jacob was a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Professional Real Estate Program (“PREP”) Class of 2018-2019. PREP is a comprehensive 12-month rotational program that allows it’s members to rotate through the company’s different service lines. Jacob’s rotations included research & marketing, office leasing, investment sales, and lastly F&B consulting.
Jacob currently serves as a Philanthropy Chair for Cushman & Wakefield Future Leaders Tri-State Chapter.Jacob is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison where he received a Bachelor’s degree from the Wisconsin School of Business majoring in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics.
