Currently serving as a Senior Transaction Specialist for the Global Portfolio Advisory Team out of Baltimore MD, he brings a collaborative mindset and analytical precision to complex lease and billing operations. James has successfully partnered with landlords, co-brokers, and internal teams to resolve disputes, ensure compliance, and support strategic leasing decisions through data-backed insights.

Prior to his current role, James held key positions at T. Rowe Price and Continental Realty Corporation, where he led leasing teams, optimized vendor relationships, and enhanced resident satisfaction across multifamily properties.
