About

Joe Broerman is a Director who joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2011. Joe has provided global transaction management services and strategic portfolio planning for corporate clients in commercial real estate for over 10 years. He is a member of a 20-person Portfolio Solutions team who completes approximately 250 transactions per year. Joe has previously been the lead on-site Corporate Real Estate Manager at Allegis Group and it’s affiliated companies (Aerotek, Aston Carter, Actalent, TEKsystems, Marketsource, Allegis Global Solutions, OneNorth, Major, Lindsey & Africa) for seven years.
