Jason McCormick is a Consultant in Cushman & Wakefield’s Logistics & Industrial Consulting group. Jason leads projects related to location strategy, site selection, supply chain optimization, and labor market analytics. Jason develops data-driven recommendations based on his expertise in site selection, targeted workforce skills alignment & labor market evaluations, utility & infrastructure assessments, and field work due-diligence (labor market interviews). Jason serves as the principal consultant for C&W’s Supply Chain Optimization Center of Excellence in the Americas.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Jason worked in valuation & advisory services for JLL, where he completed appraisals for a variety of asset types. He is a graduate of Florida State University, where he earned his MBA and double-majored in Real Estate and Professional Sales. While studying, he served as the Collins Fellow for the FSU Real Estate Center. He was also a member of the FSU Swimming & Diving team and was named an NCAA Scholar All-American during his senior year. Jason is based in Tampa, FL and is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Florida.
