Jill currently serves as the Americas East Central Region Lead for Cushman & Wakefield’s Global Portfolio Administration platform and has been with the firm since 2002. Jill is responsible for assisting with the business development and solutions for the East Central Region, as well as assisting Account Managers and Account Directors to optimize and deliver Portfolio Administration services across Global Occupier Services (GOS). She oversees the management of global corporate clients, such as Adobe, General Motors, Buffalo Wild Wings, Deluxe Corporation, and Red Robin, among others. She supports the ongoing relationship management of clients along with their initial transitions into the Portfolio Administration platform.

Jill maintains department processes and supports multiple technology platforms, often partnering with other corporate real estate service lines to provide clients with comprehensive real estate service platforms. She oversees all rent and subtenant management processes, lease abstracting, year-end operating expense/common area maintenance audits, property tax appeals, lease analysis, and annual financial reporting requirements. Her team provides accurate, on-demand real estate information to support strategic real estate portfolio planning and execution. She works directly with technology providers to create custom real estate reporting for finance, real estate, project management, and facilities departments.

Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Jill was an executive coordinator for a small company in Minnesota, where she managed business operations and supported sales and finance departments. She was an elementary school teacher in Howard County, MD, and was also employed as a mortgage and lease information processor for Citigroup in Baltimore, MD.
