John joined Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer in 2020 in the Commercial Property Services division as a Senior Project Manager. He is an accomplished commercial real estate professional with over 25 years of experience in office, retail, multifamily, healthcare, and hospitality facilities. John has extensive knowledge and experience in site due diligence, test fitting, public approvals, design, FF&E, and construction of ground-up projects as well as tenant improvements and renovations.  He has served major medical and financial institutions across the Mid-Atlantic such as University of Maryland Medical System, Bank of America, BB&T, Capital One, and SunTrust.
