John Radick is the Managing Director of Critical Environments on the Americas PDS team at Cushman & Wakefield. John’s role is to serve as lead on Critical Environment, Mission Critical and Infrastructure project and programmatic solutions for clients. He partners with our Americas GOS Platform & PDS Leadership to advance our subject matter expertise & capabilities to deliver projects and programs in this sector. 

John brings over 25 years of experience as a seasoned executive and has successfully completed numerous large-scale, “Mission Critical” global projects worth over $7 billion in project value. His career portfolio of experiences showcase his effective management of diverse contractor teams. He’s integrated robust quality controls while leading large and dynamic teams to continually produce successful project outcomes. Previously, Mr. Radick has served as the Program Director for Jacobs Engineering supporting the Mission Critical services globally and Regional Director of Microsoft’s Global Data Center program.  
 
Mr. Radick’s value to his clients includes diverse experience in all facets of Design and Construction for Mission Critical facilities providing a full array of consulting and tactical project delivery services on local, regional, and global basis. These experiences range from single engagements to global programs for both new construction and retrofits.
