John Zintak is a Senior Director in Cushman & Wakefield’s Office Agency Leasing group. With more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience, Mr. Zintak offers expertise in the areas of Class A office leasing, property management, development. Landlord representation has been his focus for the majority of his successful career.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Zintak was with Daniel Corp. where he was a Senior Vice President of Commercial Property Leasing. While at Daniel, he spearheaded office leasing and marketing for the firm’s 12th & Midtown mixed-use project.

Previously, he was Vice President of Marketing and Development at CARTER where he oversaw the development and marketing of multiple Class A commercial office and medical office projects. In addition, Mr. Zintak provided leasing services for numerous office and industrial real estate projects located throughout metro Atlanta and the Southeast.
