As Executive Managing Director of Cushman & Wakefield, Michael Anderson is responsible for overseeing the firm’s Houston Agency Leasing team in addition to leasing and marketing a 5.5 million-square-foot portfolio of Class A office properties located in Houston.

Mr. Anderson has spent his entire career representing institutional owners of first-class office buildings. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Anderson was an Executive Vice President at Colvill Office Properties, which was acquired by Cushman & Wakefield
in 2020. Prior to that, he oversaw projects and developments for Transwestern and Hines. During his career, he has completed over 9 million square feet of lease transactions for some of Houston’s most notable office developments.
