As Executive Managing Director of Cushman & Wakefield, Michael Anderson is responsible for overseeing the firm’s Houston Agency Leasing team in addition to leasing and marketing a diverse portfolio of Class A office properties located in Houston.
Mr. Anderson has spent his entire career representing institutional owners of first-class office buildings. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Anderson was an Executive Vice President at Colvill Office Properties, which was acquired by Cushman & Wakefield
in 2020. Prior to that, he oversaw projects and developments for Transwestern and Hines. During his career, he has completed over 10 million square feet of lease transactions for some of Houston’s most notable office developments.
