Operations Manager • United States
Ms. Grzywacz joined Cushman & Wakefield in December 2014 and serves as the Operations Manager for the Tampa office. In her role, she is responsible for leading administrative staff in the Tampa market and advancing the business as the company grows in Tampa Bay. She focuses on developing the annual business and operations plans, budget, forecasts, and helps manage the commission pipeline and payment process for all Tampa-based brokers.
In her previous role at Cushman & Wakefield, Ms. Grzywacz served as the Florida Communications Lead and Marketing Manager. Ms. Grzywacz oversaw significant marketing projects that targeted external audiences through a variety of channels, including traditional public relations, social media, sponsorship, content marketing, events and more. Ms. Grzywacz also collaborated closely with regional colleagues to leverages ideas and efforts that have proven successful elsewhere to execute in Florida.
Ms. Grzywacz brings more than ten years of experience, working in real estate, tourism, lifestyle and general consumer marketing. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Ms. Grzywacz was a Managing Account Supervisor at Ketchum Public Relations, overseeing clients, such as Frito-Lay, Pfizer Consumer Healthcare, Daisy Cottage Cheese, Olives From Spain and Hampton Hotels. Before that, Ms. Grzywacz worked as the Public Relations Manager at the Empire State Building for more than five years, managing the media relations of the building, organizing special events and working on the more than $550 million rebuilding project.
