Ms. Grzywacz joined Cushman & Wakefield in December 2014 and serves as the Director of Market Operations for the Florida market. In her role, she is responsible for managing operations for all six offices in Florida, which include Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville, Boca Raton, Miami, and Fort Lauderdale. Additionally, Ms. Grzywacz oversees the non-revenue producing staff, general finances, employee relations, facilities management and implementing strategic priorities for our Florida business.
In her previous role at Cushman & Wakefield, Ms. Grzywacz served as the Florida Communications Lead and Marketing Manager. Ms. Grzywacz oversaw significant marketing projects that targeted external audiences through a variety of channels, including traditional public relations, social media, sponsorship, content marketing, events and more. Ms. Grzywacz also collaborated closely with regional colleagues to leverages ideas and efforts that have proven successful elsewhere to execute in Florida.
Ms. Grzywacz was named one of Tampa Bay Business Journal’s 2022 “40 Under 40” Honorees. She was also recognized as one of Cushman & Wakefield’s Top Operations Professionals in February 2022 and featured in the Wall Street Journal. Ms. Grzywacz was also the recipient of Cushman & Wakefield’s Women’s Integrated Network (WIN) 2022 CREW Leadership Certificate Program Scholarship, which consists of three in-person sessions that focus on leadership, organizational management, and negotiation.
Ms. Grzywacz proudly serves as a volunteer with The Humane Society of Tampa Bay. She is a member of several internal employee resource groups at Cushman & Wakefield, including WIN (Women’s Integrated Network) and CWFL (Cushman & Wakefield Future Leaders). She is a founding member of HOLA (Hispanic & Latino Advancement) at Cushman & Wakefield, where she served as the national Marketing Chair for two years and am the current Marketing Chair Emeritus. She currently serves as the Co-Chair for the Sponsorship Committee of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) Tampa Bay, the leading organization for women in the Tampa Bay real estate industry.
Ms. Grzywacz brings more than 15 years of experience, working in real estate, tourism, lifestyle and general consumer marketing. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Ms. Grzywacz was a Managing Account Supervisor at Ketchum Public Relations, overseeing clients, such as Frito-Lay, Pfizer Consumer Healthcare, Daisy Cottage Cheese, Olives From Spain and Hampton Hotels. Before that, Ms. Grzywacz worked as the Public Relations Manager at the Empire State Building for more than five years, managing the media relations of the building, organizing special events and working on the more than $550 million rebuilding project.
