As the Market Leader of the Minneapolis office, Patrick Schei brings over 22 years of building experience (including base building construction, tenant improvement projects, renovations, and pre-construction project development consulting) to our proposed project teams. His knowledge, passion, and guidance are the basis upon which each project is managed toward our client’s goals and objectives. He has a full range of experience, from his earliest years after college as an estimator and project superintendent to leading full project management teams in a leadership role.

Prior to working at Cushman & Wakefield, Patrick had positions as Division Manager, Project Executive, and Senior Project Manager with a number of the larger general contractors in the Twin City market.
