Richard joined Cushman & Wakefield Commercial Property Southwest Florida in August of 2018. Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Richard worked at Transwestern as a Vice President Asset Services. He covered high profile portfolios in various markets across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties in South Florida.

Richard oversees the Property Management, Facilities Services and Project Management. As our Vice President Property Management and Facilities Services, Richard is responsible for Property Managers, Accounting Project Management and Facilities Services for Charlotte, Lee and Colliers County insuring that our clients and tenants receive quick and accurate professional services while providing leadership and strategically thinking to our Team.
