Ronn Thomas joined the Cushman & Wakefield in 2002, specializing in Buyer and Seller representation in the sale of hospitality properties throughout the Upper Midwest. He received the “Rising Star” Award in 2003 as an exceptional up-and-comer in the brokerage business as well as MNCAR’s 2004 “Retail Transaction of the Year.” Ronn has also been a consistent member of the prestigious Offshore Club awarded to the company’s top producers.

Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Ronn was a Boeing 727 captain for Sun Country Airlines where he was selected to be an instructor and a check airman. Prior to flying for the airlines, he was an associate at Commercial Leasing Services in Rochester, Minnesota.

Ronn is Past President of the Minnesota Shopping Center Association (MSCA), an active member of the Minnesota Lodging Association (MLA), Wisconsin Hotel & Lodging Association (WH&LA), Iowa Lodging Association (ILA), Asian American Hotel Owners Association (AAHOA), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR). He is currently pursuing a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
