Scott Frayn

Mr. Frayn joined the Suburban Chicago office of Cushman & Wakefield of Illinois, Inc., in March 2012. He is a Director within the Valuation & Advisory group and a member of the Valuation & Advisory Retail Practice Group.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Frayn worked for the valuation and consulting firm Property Valuation Services, LLC (PVS).

Mr. Frayn has been involved in commercial real estate appraisal since 2008 and has completed a wide variety of commercial appraisals in the Midwest region.
