A native of Billings, Montana, Sierra Howard gained her first taste of real estate when her career launched in Arizona in 2008. She is devoted to representing investors in a way that positively impacts their returns and the economy. Sierra obtained her license in 2010 to apprentice with two top-producing agents in Pinal County, Arizona. She then went on to join the ROX Group in 2012, focused on maximizing value for a mixed portfolio of 250+ properties comprising commercial leases, luxury vacation rentals, and both single and multifamily residences. During this time Sierra took pride in converting her tenants into buyers. Drawn to the culture and natural beauty of Tucson, she relocated in 2014, joining Acacia Partners to assist in managing 250+ residential and student-housing focused units. Sierra was welcomed to the Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR family in 2018, first as an Assistant Manager, then quickly promoted to Property Manager, where her portfolio consists of medical offices, office owner associations, retail and industrial buildings.
