Mr. Biller has been involved in the real estate appraisal industry since 2003, and rejoined Cushman & Wakefield of Oregon, Inc. in 2015 as a Director in the Valuation & Advisory group in Portland, Oregon. Prior to rejoining Cushman & Wakefield of Oregon, Inc., Mr. Biller was a Senior Appraiser with CBRE in Portland, Oregon. Originally employed with Cushman & Wakefield of Oregon, Inc. from 2003 to 2008, other commercial real estate appraisal experience includes employment at Kurasz Consulting, Inc. in Portland, Oregon.

Appraisal and consulting assignments have included vacant land, office buildings, retail centers, industrial facilities, various types of senior housing development, multifamily residential development, self-storage facilities, automobile dealerships, manufactured housing communities and other investment properties throughout the Pacific Northwest and the United States.
