Deb Boucher Named Rising Leader by Triangle CREW, Wins Cushman & Wakefield’s Mentorship Award

Deb Boucher, Executive Director, recently received Triangle CREW’s Rising Leader in Commercial Real Estate at the organization’s annual Champion Awards.

Deb has more than 16 years of corporate real estate consulting experience spanning office, flex, life science (including laboratory), technology and manufacturing sectors. She is actively involved with the Cushman & Wakefield Tenant Advisory Group, Cushman & Wakefield Life Science Group and Cushman & Wakefield Corporate Services Team, which provides comprehensive real estate advisory services to companies around the world. Deb has an impressive list of long term clients — a product of her consultative approach and commitment to put clients first.

The Champion Awards are an annual event that seeks to recognize the many successful real estate projects and individuals that make the Triangle area such a dynamic place to live and do business. The Awards Ceremony brings together over 400 of the brightest and best community leaders to celebrate the accomplishments of the best projects and professionals in commercial real estate.

Deb also received an award for mentorship at Cushman & Wakefield’s annual Tenant Advisory Group (TAG) conference. Nominations were received from market leaders and the TAG Executive Committee. Then, the nominees were vetted by the TAG Mentoring Committee. As part of this process, the committee considered feedback provided by the mentor’s mentees and others that have worked with the mentor.
