For Third Year, Cushman & Wakefield’s Charlie Hill Goes “Over the Edge” to Help Kids

7/24/2019
On July 8-9, 2019, hundreds of Central Texans went “Over the Edge”, repelling down 32 stories in downtown Austin to raise money for Make-A-Wish Central & South Texas.

Charlie Hill

This incredible organization grants wishes to children living with critical illnesses. Charlie Hill, director, Cushman & Wakefield Austin, made the descent for the third year in a row with the goal of raising $10,000 to provide two wishes to deserving children.

“I also serve on the Board of Directors for Make-A-Wish Central & South Texas,” Charlie said. “Last year, we granted over 300 wishes for children with critical illnesses in our community. Research shows a child who receives a wish builds the physical and emotional strength needed to fight, and a wish can give a child a higher chance of survival. I’m so proud to help bring a little magic to the lives of these young people who need it the most.”
