Phoenix Colleagues Named 2020 People to Know

AZRE recently announced its list of 2020 People & Projects to Know (PTK) winners.

Phoenix People to Know 2020PTK is a yearly publication that honors commercial real estate industry leaders, influencers, innovators, disrupters and decision makers that are making a positive impact on how and where we live, work and play in Arizona. The Cushman & Wakefield professionals who made the list include:

  • Brokers-Management: Christie Veldhuizen, Designated Broker and VP of Operations
  • Brokers-Industrial: Will Strong, Executive Managing Director
  • Brokers-Multifamily: Jim Crews, Executive Managing Director
  • Brokers-Office: Larry Downey, Vice Chairman

Thousands of nominations were submitted for consideration and five people to know are selected for each career category including: attorneys, architects, brokers, developers, economic developers, engineers, general contractors, lenders, project managers, property managers, real estate investment trusts (REITs), subcontractors and up-and-comers. In total 113 individuals were recognized in the 2020 edition.
