Savannah Durban • 11/23/2020
Cushman & Wakefield’s Charlotte office has been named a Best Place to Work by the Charlotte Business Journal for the third year in a row. Only 50 companies in the Charlotte region were selected for this honor based on an employee survey process conducted by Quantum Workplace.

Once nominated, each company had to meet a threshold in employee participation—a percentage that varies based upon the size of the company—to be eligible for the honor.

The signature awards program spotlights companies around the region that have put in place policies and practices to attract top talent — and keep them engaged. The awards seek out local companies providing employees with a great atmosphere that spurs engagement. Cushman & Wakefield is honored in the “Large” category, featuring companies with between 50 and 249 employees.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Charlotte office has grown to employ more than 100 team members in Uptown, SouthPark, and surrounding regions. Providing expertise in all of the company’s vertically integrated services, the team represents both occupiers and investors, and brokers transactions across the Carolinas – from the greater Charlotte area, to Asheville in North Carolina; and the rapidly expanding South Carolina suburbs of Charlotte.
