Mr. Nunn joined the San Diego office of Cushman & Wakefield Western, Inc. in 2014. He is a Senior Director in the Valuation & Advisory group, responsible for performing a wide variety of commercial real estate valuation and consulting assignments. His areas of concentration include all fields of general commercial appraisal with emphasis in complex life science, office, and retail properties throughout Southern California. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, he was employed at Seevers Jordan Ziegenmeyer, a commercial real estate appraisal firm active throughout Northern California.

Appraisal and consulting assignments have included life science campuses, shopping centers, urban retail, professional and medical office, business parks, industrial projects, mixed-use developments, student housing, investment-grade apartment complexes, marinas, auto dealerships, car washes, net-leased assets, ground-leased properties, and commercial land. Valuations have been made of proposed, partially completed, renovated, and existing structures in nearly 20 counties across California. Mr. Nunn is also involved in Cushman & Wakefield’s Retail specialty practice group.
