About

Andy Noble, MAI, MRICS joined Cushman & Wakefield of Washington, Inc. in 2015 as an Associate Director.  He is a member of Valuation & Advisory’s Multifamily Practice Group, specializing in multifamily residential and affordable housing properties.

Mr. Noble has been actively engaged in the valuation of real property since 2006, and has provided valuation and consultation services on a diverse range of property types including office, retail, industrial, multifamily residential and special purpose. 

He also has extensive experience providing valuation and consultation services to a broad cross-section of clients in the affordable housing industry, including developers, lenders, syndicators and state agencies.  His experience in this area includes market feasibility studies and the valuation of Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC), HUD Section 8 and USDA Rural Development (RD) properties, as well as properties being considered for HUD/FHA 221(d)(4) and 223(f) insured loans.

  • Designated Member, Appraisal Institute.  As of the current date, Andy Noble, MAI has completed the requirements of the continuing education program of the Appraisal Institute.
