Bob Dugger has been providing construction services to Cushman & Wakefield clients since 1997. After 10 years in the architectural and engineering fields and eight years with a national developer, Bob began representing Cushman & Wakefield clients in major build-to-suit projects, rehab/upgrade of existing facilities and tenant improvement projects. He has been involved in the development and construction of projects with costs in excess of $800 million, overseeing many of the major build-to-suit projects completed in Central Indiana over the past two decades.
