Caroline Buck is an Operations Manager involved in the day to day regional operations and new client transitions. Caroline also specializes in corporate business development across all asset classes and oversees the Chicago portfolio. 

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield Caroline was a member of JLL’s Downtown Chicago Agency Office Leasing team. She was active in all aspects of the leasing process including deal analysis, marketing, negotiations for client projects and business development. Before agency leasing, Caroline lead a team at Capgemini where she provided user experience (UX) consulting for global corporate retail clients. 

Caroline grew up in the northern Chicago suburbs and graduated from Georgetown University. Outside of the office Caroline enjoys tennis, yoga, spending time with her family, painting, skiing and traveling.
