Chris Sands serves as a Senior Director in Cushman’s Tampa GOS group. As a Senior Director, Chris’ objectives focus on the development and implementation of transaction strategies and processes that enable large portfolio clients to maximize utility and minimize costs across their real estate portfolios. Chris’s focuses on transaction management for the CVS/Aetna account and manages the CVS Omnicare sub-portfolio.

Prior to this role, Chris served as Senior Financial Analyst for CLW Real Estate Services Group / Cassidy Turley / DTZ – the legacy firms of Cushman and Wakefield.  In this capacity, he oversaw the Financial Analytics team and performed financial modelling and underwriting for the leasing, acquisition and disposition of all major property types for large corporate clients.

As a native Floridian, Chris graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Finance and Real Estate and a master’s in real estate from the University of South Florida.
