Connie Doran brings a blend of professionalism, drive and intensity to every client engagement. Her diverse background in commercial real estate encompasses landlord and tenant representation, corporate real estate services, sales and corporate design-build business development. 

A respected, high-performance real estate professional with 30 years of experience, Connie is known for her knowledge of the real estate market, extensive experience in lease negotiations, and her understanding of corporate facility requirements. She is a recipient of the firm's prestigious Offshore Club award in recognition for her performance.

Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Connie worked for Opus Northwest, where she served as Director of Business Development, specializing in sales and leasing on a national basis. This followed several years working as an office brokerage specialist for Welsh Companies (now Colliers International), where she received Office Broker of the Year and MVP awards.

As exclusive representative for Andersen (Windows) Corporation, comprising 10 million sf, she is responsible for the client’s overall real estate strategy, which involves site selection, negotiating new lease and renewal transactions, subleases, dispositions, initiating real estate tax appeals and appraisals and specialized consulting services including labor analytics and business incentives.
