Daniel Latini is a leading member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Transaction Advisory services group. Dan provides end-to-end solutions to corporate clients with domestic and global requirements. During his 26-year career, Dan has been responsible for lease/acquisition transactions valued over $2 billion.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield (formerly DTZ), Dan was a Senior Vice President, Colliers Corporate Solutions and a founding member and CEO of San Francisco-based Argus REA, Inc. In 1997, Dan established and managed the UGL Equis San Francisco office. He also established the Langdon Rieder Corporation San Francisco office prior to its merger with CBRE. Previously, he was a senior broker with Studley.
