Eric M. Berlin joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2008 as a Senior Director in the McLean, Virginia office specializing in tenant representation services in the Washington, DC Metropolitan area. Mr. Berlin has concentrated his efforts in Northern Virginia with a focus on the Alexandria and Arlington markets. He specializes in representing the interests of government contractors, technology companies, as well as national associations and non-profit organizations, managing their transactions and portfolios in all aspects of the real estate process. His 25 years of experience ensures that clients achieve the best available transaction terms in a variety of transaction structures including leasing and ownership. Mr. Berlin has also successfully marketed and leased numerous major office developments in Northern Virginia on behalf of leading local and national owners.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Berlin was a Senior Vice President with Grubb & Ellis Company for ten years. Earlier in his career he was a Vice President for Smithy Braedon for two years and a Vice President with Barrueta & Associates for eight years.
