Eric brings over 36 years of design and construction consulting experience to your project. Having successfully managed the design and construction services divisions at several major commercial real estate firms as a senior vice president in the Central Texas region, Eric oversees the entire spectrum of design and construction related services. From pre-lease/purchase evaluations, strategic programming and due diligence/site evaluations, through design and construction management, move-in and project close-out. Eric works closely with his clients to develop project strategies that ensure objectives for scheduling, budgeting and quality are met or exceeded. He directs all aspects of the process, utilizing his experience in areas such as consultant/vendor selection, analysis of alternatives, competitive bidding, procurement and specifications compliance in ways that eliminate ambiguity, resulting in quantifiable savings to your project.

Eric has completed over 22 million square feet of product totaling in excess of $1 billion. Since 1989, he has focused exclusively in the commercial real estate construction industry. Coupling his previous experience working for landlords and general contractors, he brings a unique perspective to the industry. Eric has spent the majority of his career working with many of the major commercial real estate firms. Those years have provided a firm foundation from which to build upon at Cushman & Wakefield.
