Eric Roth is a Senior Director in the Capital Markets group of Cushman & Wakefield, focusing on Investment Sales in the New York City Market. Since joining full-time in 2015, Eric has been involved in the sale of over 150 properties for an aggregate value of over $2 billion.

Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Eric worked at Argo Real Estate, a landlord and property manager in NYC, in their Accounting, Property Management, and Brokerage Departments. Eric then joined the team at Massey Knakal, which was acquired by Cushman & Wakefield at the end of 2014. During his tenure at C&W, he has worked alongside different teams to gain a wide range of skills, in-depth experience, and a thorough understanding of many different aspects of real estate from a variety of perspectives.
