Mr. Yoshimoto has 25 years of property management experience and 30 years of brokerage experience. Prior to Gary’s tenure at Cushman & Wakefield ChaneyBrooks he worked for Monroe & Friedlander (now Colliers International) as a Property Manager, and TH Realty, Inc. as the Principal Broker overseeing general brokerage and property management. While at TH Realty, Inc., they were the managing agent for Tosei Properties, Inc. and subsequently for A&B Properties, Inc. Mr. Yoshimoto joined NAI Chaney Brooks (now Cushman & Wakefield ChaneyBrooks) in 2011 as a Senior Property Manager. He currently manages a Class ”A” office building where he services the landlord and tenants through hands-on interaction and involvement. Mr. Yoshimoto has vast experience and knowledge in tenant retention and relations, lease administration, budget development, CAM reconciliations, development/implementation of energy savings, safety systems and emergency procedures.
