Greg is a Senior Director in Cushman & Wakefield’s Tenant Advisory Group. He has built a successful practice advising occupier clients with sophisticated leasing transactions and complex purchase and sale dealings. Serving both national and DC metro area occupiers, Greg has successfully completed countless transactions to the benefit of his clients. Specializing in driving down occupancy costs and improving office efficiency, Greg is an expert in lease negotiation and financial analysis.

A third generation Washingtonian, Greg is very active in the community and shares his local relationships to the benefit of his clients. He participates in various charitable work and sits on several boards. His unique and rich professional working history in sales and management allow Greg to capitalize on a well-rounded approach with clients, colleagues and property owners. Greg is the proud parent of two girls and a Bethesda, MD resident.
