Greg Davies (CalDRE Lic. #01362233) joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2002 following five years in the investment management and consulting industries. For the past twelve years, Greg has worked with emerging growth enterprises, Fortune-500 companies, institutional landlords, and private real estate investors in real estate assignments spanning corporate strategic planning, site acquisitions & dispositions, sale-lease-backs, project leasing, income property sales, and tenant representation. He has also held leadership roles in corporate marketing and public relations. Gregory's tenure with CPS (now Cushman Wakefield) began in 1991, when he spent six consecutive summers as an intern.
Greg is a 1997 graduate of Brown University where was a varsity swimmer and water polo player and co-captain of the nationally-ranked NCAA men’s water polo team. Prior to joining Cushman Wakefield, Greg was a Senior Analyst at Gomez Advisors from 1999 to 2002 and a Portfolio Assistant at US Trust Company in Boston from 1998 to 1999.
