Mr. Cochran has approximately 30 years of experience in teaching, training, and consulting. Additionally, he has four years of experience managing financial departments. He has lived in eight different states and lived in Japan for seven years. His diversified background has helped him develop excellent customer service and add value to his clients and tenants. Since 2012, Mr. Cochran has been part of the outstanding leasing team assigned to the Waikiki Galleria Tower and the Bank of Hawaii Waikiki Center. He was the lead negotiator for the placement of the first CVS/Longs Drug Store in Waikiki, a two story 20,000 square foot operation. The leasing team has reduced the vacancy in the Bank of Hawaii Waikiki Center from 35% down to the current 4.5%. The Waikiki Galleria Tower has maintained a vacancy rate of between zero to 1.5%.
