Kim Vicchrilli is a Client Coordinator with Cushman & Wakefield’s premiere industrial brokerage team headed up by Tom Freeman and Travis Healey. Kim is the team’s primary point of contact with clients, ensuring all concerns and needs are addressed. Her daily responsibilities include corresponding with clients, presentations, creation and distribution of marketing materials, accounting, database management, property research, reporting, and other managerial support. Her scrutinizing eye for detail and organization makes her an invaluable asset to the team.

Kim joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2016, having filled a wide variety of roles for 13 years working with CBRE’s Salt Lake City office. She was a Client Services Specialist; a Transaction Manager in charge of a listings and vouchers database for the company’s offices in Salt Lake City and Orem Utah, Fresno California, and Albuquerque New Mexico. She also managed CBRE’s invoice production, commissions and accounts receivable tracking, and various other accounting tasks.
