Ms. Paul has been actively involved in the commercial management field for over 25 years managing over 2 million square feet as well as leasing several thousand square feet throughout her career. Her expertise and in-depth knowledge of building management and operations, property leasing and lease administration financial reporting, capital and operating budgets, vendor management, marketing, tenant and capital improvement implementation maker her a valuable asset to Cushman and Wakefield/CPSWFL commercial management team.

Ms Paul began her commercial real estate career in Naples, Florida, with Collier Enterprises., the founding land development company for Collier County. For over a decade Lisa was instrumental in the operation of some of Naples’ initial commercial developments, specifically, the Pavilion Shopping Center, Riverchase Shopping Center, Collier Health Park and Collier Park of Commerce. These signature properties were the catalyst of explosive growth in Southwest Florida ‘s retail and office market inventory. Ms Paul then joined Trammell Crow Companies to facilitate their thirdparty management engagements for the likes of First Union National Bank’s (now Wells Fargo) investment portfolio encompassing several Class “A” office and core retail properties in Southwest and South Florida. Ms Paul was engaged by Neapolitan Enterprises as the Director of Operations in 1999 where she became a voice for Third Street South Shopping District, a high end shopping destination at the center of the original Naples downtown. Ms. Paul continued to increase global awareness to the street with her tactical management and resourceful marketing skills. That synergy continued as she worked for The Lutgert Companies and opened The Mercato, a 500,000 sq. ft. mixed use development as well as managing and leasing several other specialty retail and best in class “A” office properties in the Lutgert portfolio. From there she continued with AJS Realty Group, Inc. as Director of Property Management focusing on acquisition, leasing and asset management services for retail and office properties.
