Ms. Taylor joined the Valuation & Advisory group of Cushman & Wakefield of Washington, D.C., Inc., in January of 2021 in the DC-Metro office under the direct supervision of Tucker Hurt. 

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Ms. Taylor was employed as a Property Manager at JLL in the company’s Richmond office. Ms. Taylor’s duties included managing a portfolio of twelve office buildings by compiling the annual budget and CAM reconciliation, completing variance reports, managing tenant improvements and capital expenditures, fielding tenant issues and requests, and facilitating all required service contracts for repairs and maintenance to the buildings. 

To date, Ms. Taylor’s appraisal experience includes assisting in the valuation of office condominiums in the DC Metro area.
