With an 8-year award-winning sales background in Supply Chain and Logistics, Melanie transitioned seamlessly into her career at Cushman & Wakefield in 2017. No matter what side of the deal she is on, Melanie brings her powerful negotiation skills to the table to provide value to her clients. She pays strong attention to detail and routinely goes above and beyond for her clients to save them time, energy and money through the leasing process. Knowing how complicated leasing and sales transactions can be, Melanie educates her clients throughout the process to ensure they trust and understand all the financial and operational information that goes into the decision-making process. Melanie is a member of CREW, NAIOP developing leaders and serves on the North County Economic Development Council Committee – Innovate 78. She is also a part of Cushman & Wakefield’s Future Leaders of America and acts as a mentor and leader to young professionals entering the industry.
