Tom has consistently been one of Cushman & Wakefield’s top 10 producing brokers in Utah. Alongside fellow broker, Travis Healey, Tom co-manages the Freeman-Healey brokerage team which is among the top three producing industrial teams in Utah. Together, they lead and manage the company’s Salt Lake City industrial specialty team consisting of 23 industrial agents.

For the last decade, Tom has completed more than 50 million square feet of transactions, totaling in excess of $750 million. His accomplishments have earned him a reputation for loyalty, knowledge, reliability and professionalism in representing a broad spectrum of clients. His integrity, hard work and market knowledge has been the underlying foundation in building and maintaining strong relationships with some of the markets most notable companies.

While at home, Tom enjoys time with his wife of seventeen years & their large family of seven children, coaching little league, rallying off-road motorcycles, golfing, & water skiing.
