Background

Joshua has over 23 years of professional experience having spent most of his career in commercial real estate. His expertise encompasses tenant and landlord representation, as well as in-house leasing on the investor and developer side. He has worked across multiple property types, including office, retail, and industrial, and has experience in asset and investment management.  In his current role, he is a Director within the Tenant Advisory Group in Tokyo, specializing in tenant representation for multinational occupiers in Tokyo and across Japan. Joshua values relationships and takes the time to deeply understand his clients' needs, enabling him to develop a clear game plan and provide sound guidance throughout the entire transaction lifecycle.
