This prestigious award recognizes professionals under the age of 40 in Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach counties for outstanding success in business and contributions to their communities. As an honoree, Gian joins the South Florida region’s most influential and accomplished young leaders.

Gian began his career at Cushman & Wakefield in 2011 specializing in industrial brokerage, and partnering with industry-veteran Wayne Ramoski. Since then, he and his team have consistently ranked among the top industrial brokers within the South Florida market specializing in landlord and tenant representation.

In spring 2019, Gian was named Managing Principal of our Miami and Fort Lauderdale offices, bringing a strong reputation, leadership ability and fresh perspective to the job. In his role, Gian leads the strategic growth and business development efforts for the firm’s 200+ person operation in Miami-Dade and Broward counties, while overseeing all aspects of the firm’s business in these markets, from leasing to capital market to asset services. He also continues his work in industrial brokerage.
