About Marc Rosenberg

In his more than 34 years working at Cushman & Wakefield, Rosenberg has consistently been named a Top 20 Producer globally and has been recognized with some of the industry’s most prestigious awards. He is a five-time recipient of the Morris County Economic Development Corporation Real Estate Broker Award, an eight-time recipient of the Real Estate New Jersey Award and 12-time recipient of the Real Estate New Jersey Commercial Broker All-Stars Award. Marc was also the recipient of the prestigious NAIOP NJ Deal of the Year Award for the sale of Pfizer’s seven-building, 135-acre campus in Basking Ridge to Verizon (2005) and for the 94-acre/670,000-sq.-ft. Bayer Healthcare build-to-suit East Coast headquarters in Whippany (2012). In addition, he was awarded Cushman & Wakefield’s prestigious Serve Excellence Award (2009).

Marc’s success at Cushman & Wakefield and within the CRE industry ties directly to his pioneering role as a tenant representation specialist. From the outset – at a time when real estate brokerage revolved around “one off” transactions – Marc approached his career as one focused on clients’ overall business strategies and resulting real estate needs.

In recent years, his representation of Summit Medical Group – the nation’s largest independent multi-specialty physician group – has played a role in the region’s emergence as a magnet for life sciences and leading healthcare organizations.

Throughout his career, Marc has worked to instill best practices for new generations of commercial real estate brokers and has mentored young professionals looking to enter the industry.

Rosenberg is an active member in the community and the industry, and currently serves as a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s National Healthcare Advisory Board, National Tenant Rep Board, the National Teleco Board and the National Compensation and Brokerage Advisory Committees, among various others. Marc was recently inducted into the Maccabi USA Legends Hall of Fame (2018).

Congratulations to Marc Rosenberg for being recognized with the NJBIZ Icon Honors Award and for his continued success in the industry.
